How do I change my level of cover ?
The AMARIZ SANTE plan offers you the flexibility of changing your level of cover when your circumstances change. You can switch between the following options:
- Gold Health Insurance
- Silver Health Insurance (consultations and visits excluded)
- Hospitalisation Insurance
- Top-Up Insurance – Classic, Comfort or Luxury
To change your level of cover, please send us a written request, enclosing a completed medical questionnaire for any request for an increase in cover. Please note that a decrease in level of cover will take effect on the date the next premium is due (the first of a month), and that an increase in level of cover will be subject to the same rules and conditions as a new policy.
How do I cancel my policy ?
We recognise that your circumstances may change during the course of the calendar year. You therefore have the option of cancelling your cover at the end of each month by any means of communication. Your policy will be cancelled at the end of the month during which your request is received.
