How do I change the account for my direct debits ?
If your bank details have changed, you will need to complete a new direct debit mandate and send it to us by post, after having signed it and attached a R.I.B. (Relevé d’Identité Bancaire). Please note that we need to receive these documents at least 15 days before the date of the next direct debit.
Can I change the date the direct debit comes out of my account ?
Unfortunately not, all direct debits are presented on the 8th of the month.
How do I change my method or frequency of payment ?
You can change your method or frequency of payment by written request. The following payment options are available to you:
Frequency: monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annually (5% discount for annual payment)
Method: by direct debit on the 8th of the month (please complete the direct debit mandate) or by cheque, bank transfer or debit or credit card.
Can I have a receipt for premiums paid ?
Yes, we can send you a receipt either annually, six-monthly, quarterly or monthly.
