TOP-UP HEALTH INSURANCE

The TOP-UP solution or ‘mutuelle’ provides for the reimbursement of the remainder of the cost of your medical treatment after partial reimbursement by the French Social Security or other basic medical insurance scheme:

 

  • TWO LEVELS OF COVER – CLASSIC, COMFORT and LUXURY – providing for supplementary reimbursement of your medical expenses at a rate of 150% to 400% of the Tarif de Convention after partial reimbursement by the French Social Security or other basic medical insurance scheme, according to the level of cover chosen.
  • Certain TREATMENT NOT COVERED BY THE FRENCH SOCIAL SECURITY reimbursed.
  • Effective DENTAL COVER including DENTAL IMPLANTS
  • Generous OPTICAL REIMBURSEMENT including VISION CORRECTION SURGERY
  • LUMP SUM FOR BIRTH OR ADOPTION
  • FUNERAL EXPENSES
  • ALTERNATIVE MEDICINES reimbursed: homeopathy, osteopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, sophrology, etiopathy, aromatherapy, hypnosis, reflexology.
  • PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER: Lump sum of € 30,000 and funeral expenses of € 5,000 in the event of accidental death included in LUXURY cover.
  • NO MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE and NO WAITING PERIOD for CLASSIC cover.
  • PREMIUM FREE from the third child onwards.
  • 5% DISCOUNT for annual payment of your top-up insurance.
  • 15% DISCOUNT for students.
  • 15 % DISCOUNT on your basic premium if you already have compulsory insurance for medical expenses caused by an accident.

IMPORTANT : Please note that any reimbursements received from another health insurance scheme will be deducted from the amount payable under the Top-Up option.
